We had an amazing week this last week and the week before. It really was a miracle that Penny got baptized, but it just shows that Heavenly Father is hastening His work and changing the hearts of people. So, last P-Day, Penny took us to Windsor Castle! It's where the Queen lives part of the time and it is only like 20 minutes away from us, but it's out of our zone so we couldn't go normally. We had to get special permission from President Millar to go, and he said yes so we got to go to Windsor! We had so much fun! I took lots of pictures, and it was so fun! We even had lunch on the banks of the River Thames! It was so much fun! The rest of our week was good too. We saw lots of people, and sometimes our plans changed and things didn't go the way we planned, but we know that everything happens for a reason, and we just have to trust Heavenly Father. We were able to teach 26 lessons this week, which is the highest that we have ever gotten. We now have a goal next week to get 30 lessons! Pray hard for us! The power of prayer definitely works! That's how Penny got baptized, through our prayers and the prayers of others, and that is how Alma the Younger was converted to the gospel, through the prayers of his father and the church members. Don't ever doubt the power of prayer! So, a high point of our week happened on Saturday, when one of our investigators, Vicky, got baptized! Yay! Another baptism and confirmation! We are really trying hard, and Heavenly Father is really blessing us! It has been such a great week for us! It has also been a good week for our mission as well. A few months ago, (March to be precise) this mission was teaching under 1,000 lessons a week, but ever since April when the huge increase in missionaries started to happen, our mission has consistently been teaching over 1,000 a week. And we found out this morning that this last week, our entire mission taught 1,960 lessons! Heavenly Father is helping all of us so much and is working very hard to help us bring others unto the Savior Jesus Christ. The past few weeks have been so amazing!!!
As of yesterday, I have been on my mission for 4 whole months now! Crazy!!! It's gone by so fast, but yet so slow. I guess when you dive into the work and just work hard, the time passes and you don't even notice. I'm glad y'all had such a great week, and I can't wait to read about all of your fun adventures next Monday. Say hello to all the family for me. That includes: Miltie, Shayna, Cy, Mimi, Angelina, Hailee, Phoenix, Jen, Jordan, Maddie, McKinley, Chris, Wendy, Clara, Adam, Paul, Matt, Peyton, Lincoln, Sam, Grace, Adam, Grandma, Daddy, and Mama.
I miss you all tons, but Heavenly Father will bless us for the work that myself and you all do for Him. I pray for you all each day, and I pray that the Lord will bless you in your daily lives. I hope you have a great week, and I love you all so much! :)
